Individual Therapy
Life can feel like a lot sometimes. Too loud. Too fast. Too heavy. Or just… off.
Maybe your brain won’t turn off at night. Maybe you overthink texts, replay conversations, or feel like you’re “too much” or not enough. Maybe you’re the strong one for everyone else and secretly wish someone would be that for you.
Therapy is your space. A place where you don’t have to perform. You get to show up exactly as you are without that fear of judgment.
I often work with young adults going through transitions in relationships, recent college graduates, and people transitioning careers. I work with adults questioning their sexuality, navigating workplace conflicts, mid-life transitions, parenting issues, among many other challenges.
I provide trauma-informed care with a somatic-based approach. I use EMDR and somatic experiencing techniques to help move through some of the harder-to-express feelings.
I specialize in neuro-divergence, both self and clinically diagnosed, helping to understand how the diagnosis impacts your life and discussing practical ways to help make life smoother with this new understanding of your brain.
I’m an eclectic therapist, using modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, Somatic Experiencing, executive functioning tools, and EMDR to help you reach your goals.
You don’t need to have a perfect explanation for why you’re struggling. If something feels hard, that’s reason enough. Let’s figure it out together.
