Hi, I’m Lauren.

I offer neurodivergent and queer-affirming therapy for teens, young adults, and adults in California.

I’m so glad you’re here.

My Offerings

“Lauren is a brilliant therapist: deeply empathetic and attuned, authentic, knowledgeable, and wickedly funny. Her passion for understanding and celebrating neurodivergence means she is both a resource and refuge from the storm of neurotypical expectations.”

- Susan P. Diamond, LMFT

A photo of Lauren's office. On the left there is a horizontal shelf full of books. On top of it are plants, and various pieces of art. In the middle of the room there is a pink coffee table and a gray chair.

I offer a space where you can exhale; a place to show up as your full, unmasked self without fear of judgment.

I specialize in working with neurodivergence, queer, and trans-related issues. As someone who has ADHD and is queer myself, I understand the complexity of living in a world that isn’t always built for your brain.

I use a somatic, relational, and trauma-informed approach, modalities such as EMDR and self-compassion, while integrating techniques from CBT, DBT, and ACT.

Therapy with me isn’t about fixing; it’s about being human together and creating room for growth, self-understanding, and real change. I bring warmth, honesty, and humor into the room, because healing happens through genuine connection, and you deserve a space where you feel truly seen.
